Abstract: The clinical and histopathological features of 20 cases of cutaneous tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed, including 11 cases of lupus vulgaris (LV) and 9 cases of tuberculosis verrucosa cutis (TVC). There were 12 males and 8 females, with an average age of 51±13.1 years old and a course of 0.08-41 years. LV lesions were dark red plaque, patch, nodule, and the color of applesauce on pressure diagnosis. Some lesions showed atrophy. TVC lesions were characterized by verrucous hyperplasia plaque and some of them had pyorrhea. Histopathological examination showed tuberculous granuloma in 4 cases of LV and 2 cases of TVC. One LV case and two TVC cases were positive for acid fast staining.
