Cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease with manifesting papulonodular lesions: a case report

Abstract: We report a case of cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease with papulonodular lesions. The patient showed dark red patches of different sizes scattered on the left lower abdomen and under the left breast, on which large dark red papules and nodules of mung bean to soybean scattered, and some fused into piecesshowed. The diagnosis of cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease was made according the pathological and immunohistochemical features.
