摘要： 目前有文献报道富血小板血浆治疗斑秃安全有效，血小板血浆可通过释放大量的细胞因子促进毛囊干细胞的增殖、分化并改善毛囊周围环境，从而促进毛发生长，本文对富血小板血浆治疗斑秃的研究进展进行了综述。

关键词: 斑秃, 富血小板血浆, 毛发再生

Abstract: It is reported that platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is effective and safe in the treatment of alopecia areata (AA) in recent years. PRP can facilitate the hair growth through releasing a large number of cytokines to promote the proliferation and differentiation of hair follicle stem cells and improve the surrounding environment of hair follicles. The update of PRP in the treatment of AA is reviewed in this paper.
