大疱性类天疱疮预后相关因素分析

摘要： 目的：探讨大疱性类天疱疮（BP）预后相关因素，为临床提供参考。方法：回顾我院2016年1月1日至2019年9月30日诊断的101例BP住院患者的临床资料，分析其预后相关因素。结果：101例BP患者，1年内死亡15例，1年病死率为16.30%。单因素分析显示，影响BP患者死亡的相关因素有高龄、Karnofsky功能状态（KPS）评分≤40分、合并脑卒中、合并心脏病。多因素分析发现，高龄、KPS评分≤40分、合并脑卒中是BP患者死亡的独立危险因素。结论：BP患者1年病死率为16.30%，影响病死率的预后不良因素为高龄、KPS评分≤40分，合并脑卒中。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the prognostic factors of bullous pemphigoid (BP) and provide reference of clinical practice. Methods: The clinical data of 101 BP patients diagnosed from January 1, 2016 to September 30, 2019 in the Inpatient Department of Dermatology, Lanzhou University second hospital were retrospectively reviewed, and the prognostic factors were analyzed. Results: Of the 101 BP patients, 15 died within one year, and the one-year fatality rate was 16.30%. Univariate analysis showed that the related factors affecting the death of BP patients were advanced age, Karnofsky performance status (KPS) score ≤40 points, concomitant stroke, concomitant heart diseases. Multivariate analysis found that advanced age, KPS score ≤40 points, and concomitant stroke were independent risk factors for death in BP patients. Conclusion: The one-year fatality rate of BP patients was 16.30%. The poor prognostic factors affecting the fatality rate were advanced age, KPS score ≤40 points, and concomitant stroke.
