表现为线状损害的小汗腺血管瘤样错构瘤一例

摘要： 小汗腺血管瘤样错构瘤很少表现为多发性皮损，国外有文献报道皮损呈线状、簇状及沿Blaschko线分布的病例，国内暂无类似报道，本文报道一例。患者,男，26岁。右下肢后内侧线状分布紫红色丘疹、结节、斑块伴瘙痒10年。曾多次在外院诊断为扁平苔藓并予以口服及外用药物，未见明显缓解。组织病理示: 真皮中下层小汗腺及周围血管增生、扩张。诊断: 小汗腺血管瘤样错构瘤。予以抗组胺药物口服，卤米松乳膏外用等对症支持治疗，目前仍在随访中。

Abstract: Eccrine angiomatous hamartoma (EAH) rarely presents with multiple lesions. Foreign literature has reported cases where the lesions are distributed in a linear, clustered pattern or along the Blaschko's lines, while there is no similar report in China yet. Here, we report on case in this paper. A 26-year-old male presented with linearly distributed purpuric papules, nodules, and plaques accompanied by pruritus on the posteromedial aspect of the right lower extremity for 10 years. He had been diagnosed with lichen planus in multiple other hospitals and received oral and topical medications, but there was no significant improvement. Histopathological examination showed hyperplasia and dilation of eccrine glands and surrounding blood vessels in the middle and lower dermis. The diagnosis of eccrine angiomatous hamartoma was made. The patient was given symptomatic and supportive treatments such as oral antihistamines and topical halometasone cream, and is currently under follow-up.
