摘要： 患者，男，21岁。10天前有男男高危性接触史。4天前出现发热，3天前肛周出现脓疱、溃疡，伴瘙痒。皮肤科查体：肛周见多发溃疡面。HIV感染2年。实验室检查：溃疡面组织液检查MPXV-qPCR（+）。诊断为猴痘。

Abstract: A 21-year-old man had a history of high-risk homosexual activity 10 days earlier. He got a fever 4 days ago and ulcers and itching around the anus 3 days ago. Skin examination revealed multiple ulcerated surfaces around the anus. He was infected by HIV two years ago. Laboratory examination showed that monkeypox virus nucleic acid test was positive at surface of ulcers. The case was diagnosed with monkeypox.
