摘要: 人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染是最常见的性传播疾病之一,其致癌作用已经得到了广泛的研究,针对治疗HPV感染所建立的模型主要有二维细胞模型、三维类器官模型、兔模型、鼠模型等。由于HPV具有高度的宿主特异性,传统模型难以模拟病毒-宿主动态互作,型别特异性建模体系也尚未建立。本文对HPV感染现有建模体系进行系统综述。

Abstract: Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases, and its carcinogenic effect has been extensively studied. The models established for the treatment of HPV infection mainly include two-dimensional cell models, three-dimensional organoid models, rabbit models, mouse models, etc. Due to the high host specificity of HPV, traditional models are difficult to simulate the dynamic virus-host interaction, and a genotype-specific modeling system has not yet been established. This review provides a systematic review of the existing modeling systems for HPV infection.
