司库奇尤单抗联合手术治疗化脓性汗腺炎一例

摘要： 患者，男，22岁，双侧腋下反复红斑、结节、脓肿伴恶臭分泌物4年，Hurley分级Ⅱ级，既往多种抗生素及异维A酸治疗无效。采取手术扩大切除病灶，术后辅以司库奇尤单抗续贯治疗（300 mg/次，皮下注射）。随访半年，皮损无复发，愈后良好。

Abstract: We report a case of a 22-year-old male presenting with a 4-year history of recurrent nodules, abscesses, and foul-smelling purulent discharge in the axillae，graded as Hurley stage Ⅱ. Previous treatment with multiple antibiotics and isotretinoin yielded no response. The patient underwent surgical wide excision of the lesions, followed by sequential adjuvant treatment with secukinumab (300 mg per dose, subcutaneous injection). No lesion recurrence was observed during the 6-month follow-up, with favourable healing.
