摘要： 细胞因子是由多种组织细胞合成和分泌的小分子多肽或糖蛋白，主要参与调节免疫应答、免疫细胞分化及介导炎症反应等，在白癜风的发病中发挥重要作用。本文就干扰素-γ、肿瘤坏死因子-α、 白介素-17、白介素-15及CCL22 等多种细胞因子在白癜风发病中的作用及产生的新的治疗靶点进行了综述。

Abstract: Cytokines are small molecular peptides or glycoproteins synthesized and secreted by a variety of tissue cells, which are mainly involved in regulating immune response, immune cell differentiation and mediating inflammatory response, and play an important role in the pathogenesis of vitiligo. The update of interferon-γ, tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-17, interleukin-15 and CCL22 in the pathogenesis of vitiligo and the new therapeutic targets are reviewed in this paper.
