梅毒血清固定患者外周血Th1,Th2,Treg和Th17相关细胞因子检测

摘要: 目的:探讨梅毒血清固定患者Th1,Th2,Treg和Th17相关细胞因子与梅毒血清固定的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)分别对不同组(梅毒血清固定组、新发梅毒组、梅毒治疗后转阴组和正常对照组)人群外周血进行Th1、Th2、Treg和Th17相关细胞因子(IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-12、IL-4、IL-10、IL-6、IL-17、IL-22、TGF-β的)检测,并进行相关性分析。
结果:与新发梅毒组、梅毒治疗后转阴组以及对照组比较,梅毒血清固定组IFN-γ、IL-2和IL-12水平均降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);但IL-4、IL-10及TGF-β水平均升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。血清固定组IL-17水平低于新发梅毒组和转阴组(均P<0.05);IL-22低于新发梅毒组(P<0.05);IL-6高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:梅毒血清固定患者可能同时存在Th1细胞/Th2细胞,Treg细胞/Th17细胞的失衡,从而影响患者体内整体免疫应答水平。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between Th1,Th2,Treg and Th17 related cytokines and serofast syphilitic. Methods: The levels of Th1,Th2,Treg and Th17-related cytokines (IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-12, IL-4, IL-10, IL-6, IL-17, IL-22, TGF-β) in peripheral blood of different groups (serofast syphilis, syphilis, syphilis seroconvert and control) were detected by ElISA. Results: The levels of IFN-γ , IL-2 and IL-12 were lower and the levels of IL-4, IL-10 and TGF-β were higher in the Syphilis serofast group than in the syphilis group, syphilis seroconvert group and control group, with significant differences (Ps<0.05). The level of IL-17 in serofast syphilis group was significantly lower than that in syphilis group and control group (Ps<0.05), while IL-22 in serofast syphilis group was significantly lower than that in syphilis group (P<0.05), IL-6 in syphilis serofast group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The imbalance of Th1,Th2,Treg and Th17 cells and TH17 cells may exist in the patients with serofast syphilis, which affects the whole immune response level of the patients.
