摘要： 本文报道1例系统性红斑狼疮弥漫性非瘢痕性脱发患者的临床特征和治疗方法，予糖皮质激素、硫酸羟氯喹、环磷酰胺常规治疗基础上联合生物制剂泰它西普的成功案例。该病例提示对于系统性红斑狼疮患者，传统治疗方案联合应用生物制剂泰它西普，为狼疮脱发治疗提供新方法和临床经验。

Abstract: We report the clinical characteristics and treatment of a case of systemic lupus erythematosus with diffuse non-scarring alopecia. On the basis of conventional treatment with glucocorticoids, hydroxychloroquine sulfate, and cyclophosphamide, the biological agent telitacept was successfully used. This case suggests that the traditional treatment combined with the biological agent telitacept treatment provides a new method and clinical experience for the treatment of lupus alopecia.
