摘要： 皮肤鳞状细胞癌（cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,cSCC）是中老年人常见的皮肤肿瘤。手术目前依然是cSCC首选治疗方法，但考虑到解剖位置、病变数量和手术切除后复发速度，手术并不适合所有cSCC患者。根据具体情况应用其他治疗方法,如光动力、冷冻、放射治疗、局部外用药物及靶向药物等,实现个体化治疗。本文就皮肤鳞状细胞癌治疗研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC) is a common skin tumor in middle-aged and elderly people. Surgery is still the preferred treatment for cSCC, but considering the anatomical location, number of lesions, and the rate of recurrence after surgical resection, surgery is not suitable for all cSCC patients. Other treatment methods, such as photodynamic therapy, cryotherapy, radiotherapy, topical drugs and targeted drugs, can be used according to the specific situation to achieve individualized treatment. The update of treatment of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was reviewed in this paper.
