济南市某养老院疥疮暴发事件流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation of a scabies outbreak in a nursing home in Jinan City

摘要： 2024年3月10日，本院皮肤科门诊确诊1例老年疥疮病例。据患者反映，其所在养老院多人出现类似剧烈瘙痒症状。为控制潜在的疥疮暴发疫情，本院成立调查组赴现场开展流行病学调查。首先对该养老院所有老人和护工共32人进行皮肤科查体、皮肤镜和显微镜镜检。共确诊疥疮患者7例。首发病例为一86岁女性，入住前已感染疥疮。护工护理老人时感染，造成疥疮在养老院的传播。7例患者经10%硫软膏治疗后均治愈。建议养老院对新入住老人开展疥疮筛查，护工护理老人时做好防护，避免潜在的疫情传播。

Abstract: On March 10, 2024, a case of scabies in an elderly patient was confirmed in the dermatology outpatient department of our hospital. The patient said that many people in the nursing home have developed similar symptoms of severe itching. To control the potential outbreak of scabies, our hospital set up an investigation team to conduct an on-site epidemiological survey. A total of 32 persons, including all the elderly and nursing staff in the nursing home, underwent dermatological examinations, dermoscopy, and microscopic examinations. A total of 7 scabies patients were confirmed. The first case was an 86-year-old elderly woman who had been infected with scabies before moving into the nursing home. The nursing staff became infected while caring for the elderly, leading to the spread of scabies in the nursing home. All 7 patients were cured after treatment with 10% sulfur ointment. It is recommended that the nursing home conduct scabies screening for newly admitted elderly people, and that nursing staff take proper protective measures when caring for the elderly to avoid potential spread of the epidemic.
