摘要/Abstract

摘要： 反射式共聚焦激光扫描显微镜（in vivo Reflectance Confocal Microscopy,RCM）,是基于光学共聚焦原理的皮肤原位、在体、实时、动态三维计算机断层成像技术。RCM以其独特的优势在皮肤病学方面的应用越来越广泛, 是近年来最具前景的无创性皮肤影像学方法之一。RCM主要应用于皮肤肿瘤、色素性皮肤病、炎症性皮肤病、血管性皮肤病及其他皮肤病的诊断、鉴别诊断及疗效监测。本文综述了RCM的结构及工作原理、特点和优势及其在皮肤科的应用。

Abstract: In vivo Reflectance Confocal Microscopy (RCM) is a kind of three-dimensional CT imaging technology based on the confocal optical principle, with in-situ, in-vivo, real-time and dynamic features. RCM has been widely applied in the field of dermatology because of its special superiorities, which is one of the most promising non-invasive skin imaging methods in recent years. RCM is mainly used in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis and efficacy monitoring of dermatoma, pigmented dermatoses, inflammatory dermatoses and vascular dermatoses so on. The structure and working principle, characteristics, advantages, and application in dermatology of RCM were reviewed in the article.
