Facial cutaneous sporotrichosis similar to granuloma annulare: a case report

Abstract: A 54-year-old, female presented with erythema, papule and nodule on the left cheek for 1 month. It was diagnosed as facial cutaneous sporotrichosis by histopathological examination and fungal culture. After 3 months of oral treatment with itraconazole capsule, the skin lesions subsided, and there was no recurrence after 6 months follow-up.
