Abstract: The traditional drugs for the treatment of psoriasis are effective, but their clinical application is limited in some people for the adverse reactions. Biological agents have better safety and efficacy than traditional drugs. The application of several biological agents for the treatment of psoriasis which have been approved by National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in pregnant women, lactating women, children, patients with chronic infection, patients with malignant tumors, and vaccinated patients is reviewed in this paper.
