Eosinophilic cellulitis after insect bite: a case report

Abstract: A 24-year-old male presented with edematous erythematous plaques after biting on the left back of the hand for 4 months. Histopathology showed dermal eosinophils and flame figures. The diagnosis of eosinophilic cellulitis was made. The patient was treated with oral antihistamine drug and topical treatment with tacrolimus cream.
