Type A verrucous xanthoma of scrotum with hypercholesterolemia: a case report

Abstract: Verrucous xanthoma mainly involving oral mucosa, vulvar skin can be affected in a few cases. We report a 55-year-old man presented with a millet-sized pink papule on the left scrotum for 4 years, with hypercholesterolemia. No recurrence was found during follow-up after excision of the skin lesions.
