Cutaneous metastasis on the scalp from renal cell carcinoma: a case report

Abstract: Cutaneous metastasis on the scalp from renal cell carcinoma is rare. We report a 57-year-old male presented with a gradually increased lesions on the head for half a year, and the patient had a history of radical surgery for left renal carcinoma 6 years ago. The pathology and immunohistochemistry features were in accordance with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. The tumor reappearanced next to the original scalp lesions after six months follow up.
