Penile malignant melanoma: a case report and literatures review

Abstract: A 73-years-old male presented with black macula on the glans for 4 years and hematuria for half a month. Pathological examination of the lesions showed that the tumor cells were mainly located under the epidermis, large irregular nuclei and a large number of melanin granules in the cytoplasm. Immunohistochemistry was positive for S-100, HMB45, Melan-A and SOX-10. Ki67 was positive in about 50% melanocytes.
