Abstract: This is the first report in China on the successful treatment of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis with dupilumab, and only one case has been reported abroad. A 33-year-old man presented with eruption on the trunk for 8 years, and similar lesions with exudation on the face for 2 months. According to the laboratory examination and pathological examination, the diagnosis of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis was made. Dupilumab was given to the patient because of poor response to a variety of oral and topical drugs. After 3 days of dupilumab treatment, the skin lesions began to improve gradually, and eight weeks later, the skin lesions on the face, chest and back basically subsided, with pigmentation remaining.
