Abstract: A 37-year-old male presented with multiple erythematous nodules occurred on the back and dorsal finger joints of the right hand for 2 months. The patient had cleaned her fish tank one month before the onset of the disease. Pathological examination showed infectious granuloma, and metagenomic next-generation sequencing detected Mycobacterium marinum. After 3 months of treatment with clarithromycin and rifampicin, the lesions disappeared completely, and there was no recurrence during the follow-up of 4 months.
