Fish stabbed granuloma: two cases report

Abstract: Two cases of Mycobacterium marinum infection were reported. The histopathology showed an infectious granuloma, Tuberculosis Interferon Gamma Release Assay(TB-IGRA) was positive, elevated TB infected T cell interferon, Mycobacterium marinum qPCR was also positive. Combined with their medical history, histopathology, TB-IGRA, and qPCR, the diagnosis of fish stabbed granuloma was made. Both patients recovered after treating with clarithromycin sustained-release tablets and rifampicin capsules.
