硬皮病样慢性移植物抗宿主病合并巨大鳞状细胞癌一例

Abstract

Abstract: A 45-year-old male patient underwent bone marrow transplantation 20 years ago due to “chronic myeloid leukemia”. After the operation, he took methylprednisolone tablets regularly. Three years later, he developed scleroderma-like graft-versus-host disease secondary to post-bone marrow transplantation rejection. A skin mass with ulceration and exudation was found on his right lower leg one year ago. Ten days ago, skin biopsy and PET-CT in another hospital indicated cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, so he was admitted to our hospital for tumor resection.
