摘要： 最近研究表明表观遗传机制在基因表达调控中具有重要作用，包括DNA甲基化、染色质修饰和重塑、非编码RNA的多种活性以及RNA甲基化。本文综述了RNA相关表观遗传学在黑素瘤中的研究进展。

Abstract: Recent studies have revealed epigenetics plays an important role in the regulation of gene expression, including DNA methylation, chromatin modification and remodeling, multiple activities of non-coding RNA, and RNA methylation. The update of RNA-related epigenetics of melanomas is reviewed in this paper.
