氘可来昔替尼治疗伴有脱发的泛发性脓疱型银屑病一例

摘要： 泛发性脓疱型银屑病以皮肤红斑和无菌性脓疱为特征，伴脱发较少见。本文报道一例斑块状银屑病患者使用司库奇尤单抗治疗效果明显，停用一段时间再次使用发展成泛发性脓疱型银屑病，并出现大范围脱发，改用氘可来昔替尼治疗后银屑病与脱发均得到明显改善。

Abstract: Generalized pustular psoriasis is characterized by erythema and sterile pustules on the skin, and hair loss is uncommon. This paper presents a case of a patient with plaque psoriasis who showed significant improvement after being treated with secukinumab. However, after discontinuing the treatment for a period of time and then receiving it again, the condition evolved into generalized pustular psoriasis and extensive alopecia occurred. After switching to deucravacitinib treatment, both the psoriasis and alopecia were significantly improved.
