摘要: 近年来研究表明毛囊干细胞及其微环境在维护组织稳态和调控毛发生长周期中起着关键作用,这一发现为脱发治疗开辟了新的视角和策略。随着年龄的增长,毛囊干细胞的活性和功能会逐渐降低,毛囊的自我修复与再生能力随之下降。本文综述了毛囊干细胞及其微环境的相关内容以及毛囊干细胞衰老的内外机制,以期为脱发治疗带来新的启发。

Abstract: In recent years, scientific research has revealed that hair follicle stem cells and their niche play a key role in maintaining tissue homeostasis and promoting hair growth cycle, which opens up new perspectives and strategies for hair loss treatment. With age, the activity and function of hair follicle stem cells gradually decreases, and the ability of hair follicles to self-repair and regenerate is weakened. This paper reviewed the basic contents of hair follicle stem cells and niche, and the internal and external mechanisms of the aging process of hair follicle stem cells, in order to bring new inspirations for the treatment of hair loss.
