摘要： 富血小板血浆（platelet-rich plasma，PRP）作为第一代自体血制取的生长因子，不断有研究者将PRP应用于脱发类疾病的治疗，成为治疗脱发的有效辅助治疗方法。本文对近年来PRP在治疗脱发类疾病中的作用机制及临床应用进展进行综述。

Abstract: Researchers have been using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) as a treatment for alopecia areata since it was introduced as the first generation of autologous blood-derived growth factors. PRP has been found to be an effective adjunctive therapy for the treatment of alopecia areata. This paper reviews the mechanism of action and recent clinical applications of PRP in the treatment of alopecia areata.
