308-nm准分子激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部白癜风656例疗效评价

Assessment of the 308nm excimer laser combined with topical tacrolimus in the treatment of facial vitiligo

摘要: 目的:评价308nm准分子激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部白癜风的疗效。方法:对656例面部白癜风患者照射308nm准分子激光联合外用他克莫司软膏。他克莫司软膏每日2次,308nm准分子激光每周治疗1-2次,共治疗30次。末次治疗后随访1年。结果:1630块白斑中,总有效率为47.12%,病程<2年皮损总有效率为58.10%高于病程≥2年皮损的16.60%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。眼周皮损疗效最佳,总有效率为54.96%,口周皮损疗效最差,总有效率为40.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论:308 nm准分子激光联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部白癜风的疗效与病期和皮损部位有关。

Abstract: Objective: To assess the efficacy of 308nm excimer laser combined with topical tacrolimus in the treatment of facial vitiligo. Methods: Six hundred and fifty six patients were treated with topical tacrolimus twice a day and 308nm excimer laser once or twice a week for 30 times. The patients were followed up for 1 year. Results: The total effective rate of 1630 lesions was 47.12%. The effective rate of the lesions with a duration of illness less than 2 years was 58.10%, which was higher than that for the lesions with a duration of illness more than 2 years (16.6%), with a significant difference (P<0.001). The curative effect for the lesion in the periocular area was 54.96%, while the effect for the perioral lesions was 40.22%, with a significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.0001). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of 308nm excimer laser combined with tacrolimus in the treatment of facial vitiligo depends on the duration and location of the lesion.
