摘要： 白癜风是皮肤科常见的色素脱失性疾病，其发病机制目前尚不明确，主要有遗传、氧化应激、黑素细胞丢失、免疫等学说，其发病可能经历了始动阶段、效应阶段及致病阶段，本文对其进行了综述。

Abstract: Vitiligo is a common depigmentated disease, and its pathogenesis is associated with inheritance, oxidative stress, loss of melanocytes, immune and so on. The course of vitiligo includes initiating stage, effective stage and pathogenic stage, which was summarized in the article.
