摘要： 垂体瘤转化基因1（PTTG1）及其结合因子PBF在肿瘤发展、侵袭中发挥重要作用，是肿瘤预后指标之一。近年研究表明：PTTG1和PBF在炎症性皮肤病及皮肤恶性肿瘤的发病机制中发挥重要作用。本文就PTTG1及PBF在皮肤病中的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Pituitary transforming gene 1(PTTG1) and its binding factor PBF play an important role in tumor development and invasion. They are regarded as tumor prognostic indicators. In recent years, many reports show that PTTG1 and PBF are also involve in the inflammatory skin diseases and skin cancers. The update of PTTG1 and PBF in dermatology is reviewed in this article.
