摘要： 白癜风发病机制主要包括自身免疫、氧化应激、遗传易感、黑素细胞凋亡、角质形成细胞功能异常等。近年研究表明，自身免疫是其发病的关键环节，本文对白癜风细胞免疫发病机制的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Pathogenesis of vitiligo includes inheritance, autoimmune, oxidative stress, apoptosis and dysfunction of keratinocyte, at al. It has been reported that the autoimmune-mediated immunity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of vitiligo. The update of cellular immunity of vitiligo is summarized in this article.
