摘要: 抗微生物肽LL-37在先天性免疫防御中发挥重要作用,因其具有多种生物学活性,在免疫性疾病和感染疾病方面的研究成为热点。近年研究提示,LL-37可能通过影响巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、免疫等功能而参与多种皮肤病的病理生理过程。LL-37及其衍生物在多种皮肤病的临床应用也有广阔的研究前景。本文就LL-37的功能、LL-37 与常见皮肤病的关系等研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: The human anti-microbial peptide LL-37 is an integral part of innate immune and LL-37 has multiple bioactivities. It has been intensively investigated in the field of immunity and inflammation. It is reported that LL-37 is related to the pathophysiology of skin diseases in recent researches. LL-37 may be involved in the pathogenesis of skin diseases by modulating the function of macrophages, neutrophils and immunity. The prognostic and therapeutic values of LL-37 and its derivatives for skin diseases are intriguing and should be further investigated.?The function of LL-37 in the pathogenesis of skin diseases is reviewed in this article.
