Update of chemotherapy in leprosy

Abstract: Except for classic multidrug therapy of dapsone, rifampicin and clofazimine, the drugs used for leprosy include: moxifloxacin, minocycline and clarithromycin, etc. The side effects and drug resistance of these drugs used for leprosy are reviewed in this paper.
