Abstract: Objective: To analyze the correlations between the ultrasonographic features and ki67 expression in basal cell carcinomas. Methods: The relation between ultrasonographic features and ki67 immunohistochemical staining in 83 patients with basal cell carcinomas was retrospectively analyzed. Results: The expression level of ki67 in the lesions which infiltrated into the subcutaneous through ultrasonography was higher than the lesions confined to the dermis. The expression of ki67 in the lesions with cystic regions was higher than that without cystic regions. The expression of ki67 in the lesions with blood flow of grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ was higher than that of grade 0-Ⅰ. Conclusion: Of all the ultrasonographic features, infiltrated depth of the lesions, cystic regions in the lesions and the blood flow grading are associated with ki67 expression.
