Update of biological agents in the treatment of nail psoriasis

Abstract: Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease, about half of the patients with finger (toe) nail involvement. The life quality of patients with nail psoriasis is seriously affected. In recent years, with the widespread use of biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis, it has been found that patients with finger (toe) nail symptoms have been significantly relieved. This paper reviews the update of biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis, to provide reference for the development of more targeted, effective and safe biological agents.
