Secukinumab in the treatment of nail psoriasis: a case report

Abstract: We reported a nail psoriasis treated successfully with secukinumab. A 65-year-old female presented with nails thickening and crumbling for 7 years and was diagnosed with nail psoriasis. Because of Routine treatment was not effective, we treated with secukinumab 300 mg. The condition is getting better, and the patient is currently under follow-up.
