Treatment of lichen planus pemphigoid with Tofacatib: a case report

Abstract: Lichenoid planus pemphigoid is a rare acquired autoimmune skin disease, which belongs to a special type of lichen planus, and is characterized by histopathology. We report a case of lichen planus pemphigoid treated with the JAK inhibitor tofacitinib. The patient's pruritus subsided and the papules were significantly flattened after one week of treatment, and there was no new skin lesions during a one-month follow-up.
