One case of toxic epidermal necrolysis caused by raltitrexed

Abstract: A 49-year-old female patient with a rectal malignant tumor presented with erythema, blisters, and extensive exfoliation of the epidermis after an intra-abdominal infusion of raltitrexed. The dignosis of toxic epidermal necrolysis was made. After 1 month of treatment with glucocorticoids, antihistamines, cefmetazole sodium, pantoprazole, etc., the patient improved and was discharged from the hospital. The patient recovered after 1 month follow-up.
