Abstract: Spontaneous generalized eruptive keloid is clinically rare, with only 1 case reported in domestic literature, and we report a case in this paper. A 17-year-old male presented with papules and nodules on the trunk and extremities for more than 2 years. Dermatological examination showed scattered and symmetric dark red papules and nodules on the anterior chest, back, lumbogluteal region, lateral aspects of both upper arms, and both thighs. Skin histopathological examination revealed: increased pigmentation in the basal layer of the epidermis, significant proliferation of fibroblasts in the dermis, increased and thickened collagen fibers which were dense and arranged in nodular and (cord-like) patterns. The diagnosis of spontaneous generalized eruptive keloid was made.
