Abstract: A 54-year-old female presented with multiple papules and nodules all over her body for 5 months.Skin examination showed papules the size of a miliary to a soybean scattered all over the body, on which white scales are not easy to peel off, and cauliflower-like changes can be seen on the surface of some skin lesions; a red nodule of peanut size can be seen on the upper edge of the lip, with a clear boundary and hard texture, there is a "crater"-like ulcer in the center, containing keratinizing substance, and telangiectasia can be seen on the surface. The histopathology of the skin lesions showed hyperplasia of squamous epithelium, thickening of spinous cell layer, hyperkeratosis with incomplete keratosis, small focus of keratinized layer of blood scab in epidermis, downward extension of epidermal process and pestle-shaped widening at the lower end. chronic inflammatory cell infiltration can be seen around the capillaries of the superficial dermis. The diagnosis of generalized exanthematous keratoacanthoma (GEKA) was made.
