Abstract: Objective: To investigate the follow-up compliance of 537 patients with syphilis and the potential influence factors under convergence case-managed. Methods: The data of 537 patients was analyzed retrospectively, including demographic characteristics, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and sexual companion detection. The compliance of 267 patients followed up for two years were analyzed by multilevel logistic regression model. Results: The follow-up rates at 3, 6, 9, 12, 18,24 months after treatment were 77.90%, 65.54%, 55.43%, 59.93%, 42.23% and 36.93%, respectively, showing a gradual decreasing trend (t=-11.84,P<0.0001). Multilevel logistic regression model demonstrated that the higher degree of education, the better compliance and the compliance of patients whose partners positive for syphilis was better than those whose partners were negative for syphilis. Conclusions: The follow-up rates of patients with syphilis under convergence case-managed is higher than that in researches reported before. The influence factors of follow-up compliance includes educational level and sexual partners were syphilis patients or not.
