药物超敏反应综合征并发普秃一例

摘要： 有文献报道斑秃为药物超敏反应综合征的并发症，本文报道1例药物超敏反应综合征患者在皮疹出现6个月后出现并发症斑秃，并在2个月后逐渐发展为普秃。予巴瑞替尼治疗，2周后患者皮疹较前好转，但未见毛发明显生长。

Abstract: Some literature has reported that alopecia areata is a complication of drug hypersensitivity reaction syndrome. We report a case of a patient with drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome who developed the complication of alopecia areata six months after the appearance of the rash, and gradually progressed to alopecia universalis two months later. After 2 weeks of treatment with baritinib, the rash was reduced, but no obvious hair growth was observed.
