摘要: 头癣是由皮肤癣菌感染毛发和头皮引起的浅部真菌病,多发于儿童和绝经后妇女。其发病涉及皮肤癣菌的侵入机制,皮肤癣菌与宿主免疫的相互作用,以及头皮微生态失衡,尤其是皮脂腺功能改变和微生物群落紊乱对头癣发生发展的影响。本文从多方面综述头癣的发病机制,为开发新的预防和治疗策略提供科学依据。

Abstract: Tinea capitis is a superficial fungal infection of the hair and scalp caused by dermatophytes, which is more common in children and postmenopausal women. The pathogenesis of tinea capitis involves the invasion mechanism of dermatophytes, the interaction between dermatophytes and host immunity, and the influence of scalp microecological imbalance, especially the change of sebaceous gland function and microbial community disorder on the occurrence and development of tinea capitis. This paper review the pathogenesis of tinea capitis from various aspects, and provide scientific basis for the development of new prevention and treatment strategies.
