The mean duration of the disease was 4.15 years. The ratio of male to female was 4∶3. Most lesions presented as asymptomatic papule or columnar or keratinized plaque. The lession was usually solitary and less than 1 cm in diameter. The typical characteristic features of biopsy was collagen bundles perpendicular to the epidermis.
