Abstract: A case of targetoid hemosiderotic hemangioma is reported and relevant literature is reviewed. A 61-year-old female presented with a rash on her left upper arm for half a year. The rash was characterized by a solitary violaceous plaque. Histologically, in the superficial dermis, irregular dilated thin-walled vascular channels were seen, lined by distinctive, hobnail endothelial cells with focal papillary projections. The lesion was removed.
