Cutaneous pseudolymphoma: a case report

Abstract: A 13-year-old boy presented with red papules on the right leg for 5 years with occasional itching. Histopathological examination showed epidermal process atrophy and flattening, infiltration of lymphocytes and plasma cell mass and local atypical lymphoid follicle formation in the superficial dermis, perivascular lymphocyte and plasma cell infiltration in the middle and deep dermis. Immunohistochemistry showed positive for CD3, CD20, plasma cell CD138, kappa and Lambda with polyclonal expression, negative for CD30 and the ratio of Ki67 positive cells was 10%. The diagnosis of cutaneous pseudolymphoma was made and the treatment of topical fluticasone propionate cream was given.
