Morphea-like basal cell carcinoma: a case report

Abstract: Morphea-like basal cell carcinoma is the less common subtype of BCC, which is clinically rare. We reported a case of Morphea-like basal cell carcinoma. A 65-year-old female complained of papules and hard spots on the nasal dorsum more than 10 years, enlargement with a small amount of scab for 1 year. Dermatological examination showed a slightly elevated induration, 1.5 cm×2 cm in size, with funiform depression and small pieces of black scab. The histopathological features was in accordance with morphea-like basal cell arcinoma. The lesion was excised.
