Abstract: The clinical data of 110 neurosyphilis patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Of 110 patients with neurosyphilis, 71 were males and 39 were females, the age ranged from 21 to 74 years old. 66 patients had syphilis exposure history or had sex with high-risk group. Sixty five patients were asymptomatic neurosyphilis, 27 were meningitis type, including 19 cases of ocular symptoms, 4 cases of hearing impairment and 4 cases of meningitis type. 8 patients were meningeal vascular type, of them, one case had cerebral infarction with epilepsy, and one case had decreased visual acuity. 8 cases manifested as paralytic dementia. Two cases manifested as spinal tuberculosis.
