Non-dermatological therapies and mechanisms of depsone

Abstract: Dapsone(DDS) is a drug traditionally used in dermatological therapies due to its antimicrobial activity and anti-inflammatory effect. With further understanding of DDS mechanism, it has proven to be a safe and effective drug as a protector against cells damage, degenerative diseases and tumors. In this review, we discuss the mechanisms of action of DDS and Non-dermatological applications.
